Becoming A Reseller
If you want to become a reseller of Netix Networking then firstly you must be a computer dealer or network installer, unfortunatly Brainbug does not deal sell directly to the public.
Once we have recognised you as a computer dealer or installer, you will then have to complete a Dealer Application Form, we do require a copy of your I.D., a canceled Cheques and copy of your CK documents. You can download the Dealer Application Form Below

Payment Terms
All invoices will be COD for the first 3 months, thereafter account facility will be granted at mangements discretion. You can make payments using the following methods: Bank Guaranteed Cheque, EFT, Cash or Credit Card ( We accept all major Credit Cards, I.E Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club.)
Placing an order
Their are 2 ways of placing and order, you can call one of our experienced sales consultants and place your order or you can walk into Brainbug and place an order directly with one of our sales consultants. Your ordesr will be ready for pickup within 10 - 20 minutes depending on how busy we are and stock availability.
Deliver Methods
We do deliver to our dealers, unfortunatly we do not deliver to the end user, we offer a next day deliver to all our local dealers. Dealers outside of Gauteng will have to send their couriers to collect.
Warranties and Returns
All Netix Products carry a lifetime warranty, should a product be faulty we will replace the product imediatly after being tester by our technical staff.
